Just need to enable settings on User Configuration>Control Panel>Display on GPO applied on staff OU. There is no one article describing the whole procedure to deploy winexit.scr in windows domain network on Internet. I have tried creating a group policy and linking it to a new OU called Desktops, but the policy doesn't apply for some reason. Don't worry.
