It worked but I am still puzzled why it worked in Services but not in SQL Server Configuration Manager. The Sql Server Service Terminated With The Following Service Specific Error 945 If it is password issue, I would get different error. It will work. Surely because earlier these were changed to local service account user. I again tried to start the SQL Service but it prompted an error (The parameter is incorrect. [0x80070057]).
